Homenaje publico a los desaparecidos de la direccion clandestina del PS
Próximo jueves 23 de junio, a las 18,30 hrs., en el Palacio Ariztía, sede de la Cámara de Diputados en Santiago de Chile
Hace 30 años, el 25 de junio de 1975, agentes de la DINA, organización terrorista dirigida por Augusto Pinochet, secuestraron a 8 integrantes de la Dirección clandestina del Partido Socialista, encabezada por el obrero portuario Exequiel Ponce Vicencio. Los abajo firmantes, familiares, amigos y compañeros que participamos en aquel colectivo de dirección, convocamos a un Acto Público de Homenaje a este puñado de hombres y mujeres que lucharon sin escatimar sacrificios y hasta las últimas consecuencias, en pos de la libertad y la dignidad humana, la democracia, la soberanía popular y el socialismo. Pudieron asilarse o anteponer sus personales y legítimos proyectos de vida, pero decidieron asumir a plenitud su condición de dirigentes con una limpia trayectoria de luchadores sociales, abocándose a la noble tarea de organizar la resistencia y sembrando la semilla de la emancipación del pueblo trabajador por encima de cualquier otra consideración mezquina, sectaria o personalista.
